2 Awesome Home Remedies for Menopause
As a home remedy for menopause, I’m going to tell you about my 2 favorites. And they are low carb, low fat and chicken soup.
The first of the home remedies for menopause that I’m going to tell you about is something that people usually don’t consider: cooking with low carb, low fat (or low sodium, as it’s called in medical terms). It’s very important to cook with these foods if you’re going to be doing your own weight loss. This is because low carb and low-fat foods are slower burning than traditional foods, so you can literally burn off the calories in these foods over time.
One of the best ways to do this is to cook your foods in olive oil with garlic. Olive oil will also slow down your metabolism and garlic, in particular, is anti-inflammatory, which helps you keep those patches from swelling up and acting up.
Another method is a nutritional supplement. These vitamins, minerals, and herbs work in synergy with your body, rather than just masking what is going on.
Low carb, low-fat foods to look for are avocados, tomatoes, almonds, spinach, cucumbers, and bananas. Not only are these low carb low-fat foods high in fiber, but also they help regulate blood sugar, which is important for getting the hormone levels back in balance.
The next home remedy for menopause is chicken soup. Chicken soup is loaded with nutrients and of course, high in protein. It also has high amounts of soluble fiber and calcium.
The best type of chicken soup you can use is one that contains no sugar, no vinegar, and is low sodium. Also, be sure to put it on very low heat when making it, because it can be quite salty, which is always not a good thing for the body.
Try to put this low carb, low-fat recipe on the top of the plate. You should also stir it in the food processor before putting it in the soup pot, so it’s all blended together nicely. You should also put a little olive oil in the pot when it’s all blended together and then place it on the stove over medium heat.
Use a large bowl and add the veggies like onions, garlic, mushrooms, carrots, celery, spinach, etc. Then add the broth and let it come to a boil.
Once it comes to a boil, remove from the heat and add the soup. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix it well.
There are many other home remedies for menopause out there, but these two are my favorites. And by using them together, you will not only be able to get your symptoms under control, but you’ll also have a healthy body and a happy life.
