Hi, I’m Brenda

I am so glad you are here!

I am a resilience and recovery coach dedicated to helping you rebalance your nervous system, sustain long term recovery, and learn to feel at home in your body once again. Together, we will discover the "missing puzzle pieces” so that you can journey toward renewed wholeness and vibrant living.

I am also a consultant for nonprofit organizations, veterinary medicine practitioners, and Christian organizations on the prevention and recovery of compassion fatigue, as well as a consultant for therapists and dietitians navigating the complexities of working with clients navigating eating disorders and CIRS.

  • Compassion fatigue, stress, and burnout are natural risks if you work in a field caring for others who are hurting. It is important to know how prevent and/or recover from compassion fatigue and burnout so that you can continue with the work you are passionate and gifted in. This world needs you!
