Coaching is done from the comfort of your own home, or you can engage during a lunch break at your office. Since coaching is online, you can live anywhere in the US or even the world and benefit from coaching. Individual and group coaching with me is done online, however I do offer in person soul care retreats to refresh your soul in community with others who truly get it.
